Grow your blog party!

Hello Everyone!
My name is Norma and I have joined others in a grow your blog party.
It is sponsored by Vicki at www.vicki-2bagsfull.blogspot.com

I started this blog to share some of my spiritual journey and to fellowship with others in their journey.  My original intent was to do a weekly post that referred to the readings at mass that week. But I have not always been able to keep up with that.  It is still my intent to share what I learn from church or my Bible study.  More readers would make me more accountable!

I do have two adult children - my life's blessings! 2 of many blessings! I work full time as a physical therapist specializing in children with developmental disabilities. I love my work.  I live in a small town in west central Ohio.

My prayer is that you come here often and  share your experiences with me!
Thank you for taking your time and stopping by!

Norma

  5. Norma! I see you have both your blogs on the blog-hop! (I landed on your crafting one and hopped over here too ;-)

So lovely to meet another 'pilgrim' trying to follow in Jesus' footsteps. I'm not Roman Catholic (actually, started off Anglican, worshipped for many years in a 'free church' now just settling into Baptist community!)but these are only labels - the important thing is we are all brothers and sisters in Christ and we have so much to share and learn from each other!

Would be lovely to share ideas with you and get different perspectives!

  9. Hi Norma,
Your blog name is great! What a great place to share your faith. I blog on a craft blog (A Humble Creation) but my tagline is creating for His glory. I want all my creations to bring love to others so they can know the love of Christ as well. I look forward to hearing more from you.

  10. I love the name of your blog. I started this year journaling a daily gratitude. What a difference it makes in your Attitude. I am a quilter and crafter, but most importantly a "child of HIM". Will be back soon. It was great to meet you. This blog party is fun!

  13. Hello Norma - I am here from 2 Bags Full. I love the theme of your blog. I agree, having folks regularly read it would help with more faithful posting.

Your thankful jar is awesome. I keep reading about thankful/gratitude/blessing jars and so I think I am convinced for the need to keep one this year. It would be a great thing to read next New Year's Eve.

It is a blessing that we can pray for our children and know that the Lord hears the prayer.

  15. Hi Norma - How interesting that your newest post is about gifts! That was the topic of the sermon at our church this past Sunday. I just started playing the piano at church and offering at least a melody for the congregation to follow. It has been hard to overcome the fact that I'm not quite as talented as the pianist who recently moved away but I'm not doing it for myself. It is just wonderful to see so many Christian bloggers!
